No. Bill-of-materials generation is an initial estimating use case. The wider proposition is Construction Intelligence: connecting project information with the relationships, rules, assumptions and evidence needed for usable outputs. Broader commercial, procurement, compliance and change applications are configurable expansion areas, not a claim that every capability is delivered.
Which disciplines can I see today?
The supplied customer presentation identifies electrical estimating with Clarkson Evans as a working example. Applebridge roads and drainage & sewers are identified as in delivery. A demonstration should establish the existing capability relevant to your specific process.
Does AI replace the estimator or sign off compliance?
No. Your experts review, validate and approve outputs before reuse. The workflow supports governance, audit and review; it does not provide automatic compliance sign-off.
