Optional measurement
Where enabled, analytics helps us understand website use. Marketing measurement helps relate visits to campaigns. The cookie settings list the optional providers enabled on this site, their purposes and their known storage details.
Sopro Prospect Intent Tracking
We use Sopro tracking to help us understand engagement from selected business-development and marketing campaigns. Where you have consented to marketing tracking, Sopro may process information about the page you visit, the page that referred you to our website and campaign parameters contained in the website address.
Sopro is not loaded where marketing tracking has been declined.
The exact cookies, identifiers and retention periods used by Sopro should be confirmed against Sopro’s current technical documentation.
Campaign links may contain tags such as utm_source and utm_campaign. These tags are part of the link. They are not evidence that a visitor has consented to tracking. We do not use an email-link click as proof that an enquiry has been sent.
Microsoft Clarity
With your Analytics permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with this website through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity processes usage information such as page views, clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and pseudonymous session identifiers. The Clarity script is not loaded before you allow Analytics, or if you reject it. We do not grant Clarity advertising-storage consent.
The enquiry form and prepared email area are marked for masking in recordings. We do not send your name, email address or enquiry text as analytics identifiers or events.

Google Analytics

Google processes information such as page views, device and browser information, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. The Google tag is not loaded before you allow Analytics, or if you reject it. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled.
Our Google tag configuration removes query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs. We do not send names, email addresses or enquiry text as custom analytics events or identifiers.

Hosting, fonts and external services
