Astra Innovate

Know where to start
with AI, where to focus
and what to do next.

The Business Opportunity AI Platform. Astra Innovate is designed to combine TTG consultancy with structured opportunity capture and AI-assisted analysis, designed to help you uncover quick wins, assess larger opportunities and shape a prioritised roadmap.

In testing. Demonstrations available; not currently for sale.

The business challenge

AI uncertainty needs
a better starting point.

Ideas can be scattered across meetings, emails and spreadsheets. Leadership needs a consistent way to decide what deserves attention and investment.

Start with the business opportunity, not the technology.

Astra Innovate is designed for organisations where AI has become a leadership priority, but the route forward is not yet clear.

Its proposed consultancy-led approach combines the application with stakeholder conversations and workshops, so the assessment goes beyond an online form.

The platform remains in testing and is available to demonstrate. The commercial availability and duration of the consultancy-led programme are not yet confirmed.

Questions it is designed to help you answer

  • Where could Microsoft 365 Copilot create value?
  • Which processes could benefit from AI agents?
  • Which ideas deserve investment, validation or no further action?
  • What dependencies and risks should leadership understand?
  • What should we take to the board?

The proposed engagement approach

From AI uncertainty
to a practical roadmap.

The proposed approach combines the platform with TTG facilitation and review. The scope of the current demonstration is confirmed separately.

  1. 01

    Define the scope

Understand the priorities, current AI activity and what the assessment should achieve.

  2. 02

    Capture opportunities

Gather business problems, inefficiencies and ideas through the application, conversations and workshops.

  3. 03

    Clarify & assess

Explore missing information, business value, data readiness, delivery complexity, risk and human oversight.

  4. 04

    Prioritise the portfolio

Compare opportunities, identify themes and distinguish early value from areas needing further validation.

  5. 05

    Create the roadmap

Bring priorities, dependencies and recommended sequencing into an executive-ready view.

  6. 06

    Executive playback

Review the findings with leadership and agree which priorities should progress.

AI-supported analysis. Human-reviewed recommendations.

AI does not make the final decision. In the proposed programme, TTG consultants review, challenge and validate recommendations before they are presented to your organisation.

Three opportunity pathways

The right response.
Not the biggest build.

These are alternatives for different needs, not sequential products or compulsory steps towards an enterprise platform.

Microsoft 365 Copilot

Individual and team productivity.

Explore relevant departments, work themes and potential pilot populations before deciding how widely to invest.

Examples of work themes: Meeting follow-up, document work, research and knowledge retrieval.

Copilot Studio and AI agents

Repeatable business processes.

Consider the process, people, systems, data, actions and approval points needed for a defined agent opportunity.

Examples of work themes: Enquiries, document review, workflow support and process automation.

Enterprise transformation

Complex operational change.

Identify larger opportunities involving multiple departments, business-critical data, integration or purpose-built platforms.

Examples of work themes: High-level transformation opportunities for deeper definition and investment.

Sometimes, AI is not the answer.

The approach can also identify where process improvement, training, better use of existing technology, data preparation, conventional software or no immediate action would be more appropriate.

The intended customer output

A clearer basis
for investment decisions.

The proposed engagement is designed to produce an executive pack and playback covering the areas below. Programme availability and deliverable scope are still to be confirmed.

Assessment scope and participation

The areas and stakeholders represented in the assessment.

Opportunity portfolio

The business problems and opportunities identified.

Ranked recommendations

What to progress, validate, prepare, park or reject.

Strategic themes

Related opportunities grouped around common business needs.

Microsoft Copilot opportunity view

Potential departments, user groups, use cases and pilot populations.

AI agent opportunities

Processes that may benefit from Copilot Studio or advanced agents.

Enterprise transformation opportunities

Larger projects requiring deeper solution definition.

Prioritised roadmap

Sequencing, foundations and dependencies to address.

Recommended next steps

How each priority could move from assessment into action.

Shape the scope

One business area.
Or the wider organisation.

The proposed approach can focus on a department, a group of functions or a broader enterprise assessment. The findings should reflect the areas that actually contributed.

Departmental assessment

A focused view of opportunities in a particular business function.

Cross-functional programme

Shared themes, dependencies and opportunities across several departments.

Enterprise AI strategy

A broader view of the organisation's principal customer lifecycle and delivery model.

Designed for MDs, CEOs, Finance Directors, Operations Directors, CIOs and IT leaders, transformation leaders, business improvement teams, and innovation or AI programme leads.

Before you enquire

What should
you expect?

Can I buy Astra Innovate now?

The confirmed website position remains: in testing, demonstrations available, not currently for sale. Commercial availability of the consultancy-led programme also needs confirmation.

How long does the programme take?

The supplied narrative proposes three to four weeks. That duration has not been confirmed as an offer, so it is not presented as a delivery commitment.

How are opportunities gathered?

The proposed approach combines the application, stakeholder meetings and TTG-led workshops. Product requirements describe contextual questions, optional supporting documents and clarification where more information is needed.

Does AI make the final decision?

No. The product requirements include portfolio-manager review. The consultancy narrative adds TTG consultant review of customer-facing recommendations. The current demonstration scope still needs verification.

Does the output include implementation pricing?

The proposed engagement supports prioritisation and next steps. Commercial proposals are separate for the opportunities an organisation chooses to pursue.

Can it recommend Copilot licence numbers?

The narrative includes potential departments, user groups and pilot populations. Any licence numbers are indicative and need validation before a commercial recommendation.

What happens to a selected enterprise opportunity?

It can move into Discover & Define within The TTG Way. That is where the detailed problem, value, requirements and delivery response are defined. Innovate is not a compulsory first purchase for customers with a known challenge.
