Recording daily work and preparing appraisal reports added administrative effort to already demanding clinical workloads.
The response
TTG worked with the BMA product team to define and build an application with online and offline working, activity records and reporting. It used the organisation's existing single sign-on investment.
The published outcome
The project was delivered on time and under budget, with reduced administrative effort for doctors.
